This place is great, and has everything I need, including free Wi-Fi, a tv, and an electric kettle. On my first stay, the staff kindly assisted me with printing documents. I highly recommend it for a cozy weekend retreat!

Absolutely loved my stay! The breakfasts were delicious, and I really enjoyed unwinding in the cozy lounge after a long day exploring the city. A small note, it could use a fan for warmer nights, but that didn't take away from the fantastic experience. 😊

The venue was quirky and quiet, I really enjoyed the location near the local attractions, the shopping streets, and the bus stop, and courtyard views. The hotel was placed in the central location close enough to walk into the centre. The breakfast was savoury, the staff were kind.

Edinburgh vibes and lekker brekkie 🍳🏰
Cozy room with super clean linen! Janette and Graham are such friendly hosts-they really know how to kuier! The brekkie was a highlight for sure. I loved trying haggis for the first time. It was flipping good!
The hallway could do with a little upgrade.

spacious family room, clean large bathroom, proximity to restaurants
Hallway needs modernization!!! The ground floor room overlooking a parking lot left much to be desired!!! A better view would enhance the atmosphere significantly!!!

The room was comfy, and the breakfast was spot on each morning. We also enjoyed the close proximity to attractions like The Kings Theatre and the nearby Fountain Park Megaplex for some fun. Highly recommend staying here!

Absolutley disappointing. No housekeeping for our whole stay, no new towels, and the dinky toilet paper situation was just a travesty. I also woudl ve been thrilled for some sort of special treatment, but i guess that's too much to ask for. The only thing warm at this place was the breakfast, mediocre.

Warm hospitality and cozy accommodations
Janette and Graham were cute. The room was spacious and comfortable, with an amazing bathroom that was a real treat. Just a heads up, the hallway could use a little modernization to match the charm of the guest area.

This was just a good match for a weekend vacation in Edinburgh, all in all great value for money. The breakfast had multiple choices and was delicious both mornings we were there. Pack some snacks, as the nearby shops can be a bit limited after hours.
